This caravan has the benefit of a balcony with patio furniture situated in a south facing sunny position in Sycamore close to the park facilities. A barbeque has also been provided.

The light and airy lounge has a modern electric fire,  a CD player and flat screen TV incorporating freeview plus a DVD player and a small selection of DVDs.

The main bedroom has a TV, a double wardrobe as well as a dressing table area. The twin bedrooms each have a wardrobe with additional overhead storage cupboards in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower enclosure with low step, heated towel rail and white ceramic toilet suite and wash hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, grill and hob, microwave and has the additional benefit of a fridge/freezer.
